The easiest and fastest way to ask for help from a GP is with askmyGP.
- It's available 24/7 - we respond in working hours, 8 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday
- We aim to respond as soon as possible. Since October 2018, we have been able to help people on average within 64 mins of them contacting us, but this may vary on days when demand is particularly high.
- All our registered patients are welcome, and as a parent or carer you can use askmyGP on behalf of a patient
- You can choose a particular named GP if you wish (so long as they are working that day)
- You may prefer a telephone or email response
- You can login now, without any paperwork
